10+ Affordable Solutions and Services for Philadelphia Residents

At Glitter, we are dedicated to enhancing Philadelphia communities through affordable solutions and services. Our goal is to make our city a cleaner, healthier, and more inclusive place for everyone. But there are other things that residents need access to besides safe and clean streets. Essentials like affordable housing, food, electricity, internet, heating, water.
