Since 2021 we’ve been building a model that’s truly community-powered—neighbors funding neighbors, cleaning one block at a time, and creating living-wage jobs in the process.
Until now, all of that was happening behind the scenes - with spreadsheets, typeforms, and a lot of manually staff time.
Today, we’re making it streamlined, automatic, and most importantly - visible.
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Glitter Members Hub—a brand new web portal that makes it easier than ever to stay connected to your block, your cleaner, and your neighbors.
No download needed. Just real-time, block-level transparency at your fingertips.

What You Can Do in the glitter Member Hub
🔍 Track Your Block’s Cleaning Status
See when we’re cleaning, how often, and how close your block is to full funding. You’ll also be able to view who else is contributing and request service changes like after-trash-day cleanups or report an issue.
🤝 Meet Your Cleaner
Put a name and face to the person helping your block shine. It’s a small way to build trust and connection—and to say thanks when you see them in action.
💳 Manage Your Pledge
Change your contribution, update your payment info, or chip in on another nearby block. It’s now all in your hands—with a few clicks.
📣 Invite Your Neighbors
The more neighbors who pledge, the more often we can clean, and the more affordable it becomes for everyone. Use built-in invite tools, request lawn signs and doorhangeres, or grab shareable links you can text or post online (like in your neighborhood Facebook group or Whatsapp thread).
What If My Block Isn’t Listed?
If your block doesn’t have a Members Hub page yet—no problem!
You can request one today by filling out the short Glitter Pledge Form:
Within a day or so we’ll spin up a custom page for your block and send you an email with a link to share with neighbors.
Why This Matters
We built this portal because we believe neighbors deserve transparency, control, and the tools to make real change together. And we’re already seeing it work:
Some users are increasing their pledge when they see their block is a few dollars away from the next cleaning frequency.
Others are matching nearby neighbors to help close the gap faster.
And longtime subscribers are getting re-energized by seeing exactly where their dollars go and basking in those glorious before and after pictures.
